I use techniques that emphasize moving away from fearing, fighting, or running from our most difficult thoughts and feelings and toward accepting them in the present moment with self compassion.

In relationships we may experience repetitive cycles that create an impasse, leaving each individual frustrated in what may seem an endless tug of war.
I specialize in working with issues of anxiety, depression, abuse, and excessive worry. I often address areas of self-criticism and self confidence that can be accompanied with both guilt and shame. I have over fifteen years of experience, have been married for over twenty years and have two children.
