Hello! My name is Brent Musick and I’d like to welcome you to Supportive Counseling of Tulsa. By searching for counseling, you have made a great step toward understanding and addressing your overall well being. You may be feeling you are not the same person you used to be, or that you struggle to become the person you have always envisioned. If you are having symptoms of anxiety or depression, or are experiencing issues related to recent stressful life transitions or past abuse, we can work together.
I work with each individual to understand your unique history and current concerns while creating goals according to your particular needs. Whatever you are coping with, it is important that you know there is hope.
In my twenty years of providing counseling services, I have assisted others in overcoming a broad range of obstacles in order to reach their goals. I emphasize compassion and understanding for all of my clients, and I am committed to helping others to realize their full potential while tailoring my approach to your unique needs. I utilize several of the newer approaches to cognitive behavioral therapy including Meta-cognitive Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
